Making Golf Fun Again (video devlog)
Hello, lovely people of internet!
My name is Roman, and I'm a wanna-be-game-developer from Riga, Latvia. Currently working on my first major game.
...which is sadly still untitled and haven't been particularly genre-defined, but...
The game in question is a take on a golfing genre. And although there are a lot of great golfing and mini-golf games, I think this genre still has a lot more to offer, both in gameplay and general variety.
- Additionally, I have started an Open Devlog series on Youtube;
- I'm also curating Gamified Apps List;
- And write occasional Dev/Protip articles.
I'm currently fully employed and so I do all this primarily on weekends and in time between office and sleep. Supporting me on Patreon will allow to allot more time to game development and producing more gamedev-related content.
Open Development
I want to share as much of the daily struggles and personal experience as I'm able to. While I use Patreon as my primary all-in-one platform. I frequently post to my twitter, upload devlogs to youtube and maintain a thorough development journal:
I have a Patreon
Growing Patreon support will allow me to speed up the development and allot more time to creating gamedev-related content. Consider supporting me with a coin or two if you find anything I do promising or helpful in any way.
I also have a BuyMeACoffee page setup, if you don't feel like committing in the long term. No pressure ❤️
Of course, money is not the only way one can support someone. Sometimes just sharing the links, subscribing, commenting and liking stuff — yields far greater long-lasting results.
Thank you! 🙌
